Rr55 is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international licence. Throughout these terms, "we", "rr55", and "platform" refer to rr55.world and its operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to any registered member or visitor to the website.

This platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. rr55 does not guarantee winnings under any circumstances and is not liable for any losses. All risk in gaming and betting lies solely with the user.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on rr55. Accurate and truthful information is required at registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Before disbursing large prize amounts (generally above ৳50,000)
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse

KYC verification typically requires a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used. If documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawals will be placed on hold.

Deposits on rr55 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200, and a maximum limit per transaction may apply depending on your account type and verification level.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be processed through bKash.

Any transaction fees charged by bKash or Nagad are governed by those services' own terms. rr55 does not typically charge a fee for withdrawals; however, an administrative fee may apply in cases of unusual or repeatedly failed withdrawal attempts.

If a deposit doesn't appear in your account, contact support@rr55.world within 24 hours and include a screenshot of the payment. rr55 will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Rr55 offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly outlined on the offer page.

Accepting a bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are for personal use only — claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — if not used within the specified period, they will expire.
• Some games do not contribute — or contribute less — toward Wagering requirements. This is clearly stated on the offer page.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rr55 reserves the right to void the bonus without investigation.

All games and betting activity on rr55 are powered by independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

Once a bet is placed on Sports Betting, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is active, you may exit a bet during a live match under specific conditions.

• If the outcome of any game or bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, rr55 reserves the right to void that round or bet.
• If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or suspended, all bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Rr55 reserves the right to withhold or void any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or system errors.
• If account hacking, fraud, or collusion is proven, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on the game page. This figure represents a long-term statistical average — winning or losing more or less than this in any single session is completely normal.

Rr55 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is for entertainment only — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all users to set their own limits and play within their means.

The following self-control tools are available free of charge on the rr55 platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Notifications to remind you of your playing time at set intervals.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed. Please note that once an account is permanently closed, it may not be possible to reopen it.

Rr55 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of Operating Multiple Accounts
• Use of false or fraudulent identity information
• Suspected Bonus Abuse or Fraud
• Proof of being underage
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time
• Evidence of Collusion or Cheating Against Other Users

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned — excluding bonus funds and any amounts linked to suspicious transactions. If you wish to dispute an account closure decision, contact support@rr55.world within 30 days.

Rr55 takes user privacy seriously. Information collected during registration and the KYC process is used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
